On September 24, good news came from China Car Performance Challenge (CCPC) of mass-produced cars that the heavyweight model VV7 elaborated under Chinese Premium SUV Pioneer brand WEY gained an great achievement, successfully defeated Equinox, Kodiaq, Peugeot 5008 and other models from joint ventures, and was crowned both champions in "interior noise at 50km/h uniform speed" and "interior noise at 100km/h uniform speed" in medium SUV group A. According to information, CCPC is a National level A race jointly promoted by China Automotive Technology & Research Center(CATARC) and General Administration of Sport of China, also the only competition of mass-produced cars without any refitting as racers in China to comprehensively test the true performance of cars. In this event, WEY VV7, together with Chevrolet Equinox, Skoda Kodiaq, Peugeot 5008 and other models from joint ventures was arranged in a group. VV7 showed stable performance in each item and successfully completed each competition with excellent results. It is particularly commendable that VV7 performed excellently in two competitions of "interior noise at 50km/h uniform speed" and "interior noise at 100km/h uniform speed", and successfully defeated other models in the groupwith scores of 54.4 (dB) and 62.1 (dB) respectively.
